Residences at the John Marshall | Richmond, VA

The redevelopment and adaptive reuse of the historic and landmark Hotel John Marshall (1929) in Richmond Va. represents an over $80 million impact to the community utilizing the HUD 221 (d) (4) program and Federal and State Historic Tax Credits. The development consists of 238 Class A apartments with approximately 30,540 square feet of retail space and 22,384 square feet of meeting and banquet space.
